Return & Refund Policy

Physical Products

As all physical products are customized/made to order so refund won’t be possible. The product will only be Replaceable/Exchanged if the customer has received the wrong or defective product. 

Steps to exchange product (only if you received the wrong or defective product)

  • Mail us at [email protected]
  • Send photos/video explaining the issue with the product
  • It will take 2-4 weeks to resolve the same.

NOTE: We have uploaded a size chart along with every product, so customers can confirm the size before placing the order as these are made-to-order products. 

Digital Products:

All digital products which are downloadable are not refundable once you will get access to your products.

If you have purchased any course in self-learning mode, & once the course is activated on your account we won’t support a refund.

Although, for courses that are based on Live classes, you can opt for a refund process by writing us at [email protected] within 24 hours of course purchase that means after 1st Live class of your batch, if you are not comfortable proceeding further we refund your 90% paid amount back to you within 7 days of your request.
